1. This Privacy Policy governs the processing of personal data obtained through the personacars.pl website (hereinafter referred to as the "Site").

2. The owner of the Site and, at the same time, the data administrator is Grata and Crush Spółka Komandytowa with its registered office in Krakow (30-713)), 15/4 Płaszowska Street, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000965468, NIP: 6793236828, REGON: 521713455, hereinafter referred to as personacars.pl.

3. Personacars.pl is particularly careful to respect the privacy of customers visiting the site.

§ 1 How do we collect data?

1. Personacars.pl collects information on natural persons performing a legal action not directly related to their activity, natural persons conducting business or professional activity on their own behalf, and natural persons representing legal persons or organizational units which are not legal persons and are granted legal capacity by the law, conducting business or professional activity on their own behalf, hereinafter collectively referred to as Customers.

2. Customers' personal data are collected in case of:
a) filling in the application form on personacars.pl;
b) filling in and submitting the contact form on personacars.pl;
c) subscribing to the newsletter (Newsletter).

3. When submitting the application form, the customer shall provide:
a) e-mail address;
b) first and last name;
c) phone number;
d) gender and date of birth;
e) driver's license number.

4. When submitting the contact form, the customer shall provide:
a) e-mail address;
b) first and last name;
c) telephone number;

5. In the case of using the Newsletter service, the Customer shall provide only his e-mail address.

6. When using the Site, additional information may be collected, in particular: the IP address assigned to the Client's computer or the external IP address of the Internet provider, domain name, browser type, access time, type of operating system.

7. Navigation data may also be collected from Customers, including information about the links and references they choose to click or other actions they take on the Site.

§ 2 How do we use the collected data?

1. Navigational data may be used to provide customers with better service, analyze statistical data and customize the Site to customers' preferences, as well as administer the Site.

2. In case the customer subscribes to the newsletter (Newsletter) to his e-mail address personacars.pl will send electronic messages containing information about news related to the activities of personacars.pl.

§ 3 Cookie mechanism, IP address

1. The Site uses small files, called cookies. These are stored by personacars.pl on the computer of a visitor to the Site, if the Internet browser allows it. A cookie usually contains the name of the domain from which it originated, its "expiration time" and an individual random number identifying the cookie. The information collected through cookies of this type helps personacars.pl tailor the content offered by personacars.pl to the individual preferences and actual needs of visitors to the Site. It also gives the possibility to develop general statistics of visits to the Site.

2. personacars.pl uses two types of cookies:

b) Persistent cookies: they are stored in the memory of the Customer's terminal device and remain there until they are deleted or expire. The mechanism of persistent cookies does not allow the collection of any personal data or any confidential information from the Clients' computer.

3. personacars.pl uses its own cookies for the purpose of analysis and research, as well as audience auditing, and in particular to create anonymous statistics that help to understand how customers use the Website, which allows to improve its structure and content.

4. personacars.pl uses external cookies in order to present on the Site's information pages, a map indicating the location of the personacars.pl office, using the maps.google.com website(administrator of external cookies: Google Inc. based in the USA);

5. The mechanism of cookies is safe for the computers of Customers of the Site. In particular, by this route it is not possible for viruses or other unwanted software or malware to enter Customers' computers. However, in their browsers, Customers have the option to limit or disable access of cookies to their computers. If this option is used, the use of the Site will be possible, except for functions that by their nature require cookies.

7. Personacars.pl may collect IP addresses of Customers. An IP address is a number assigned to the computer of a person visiting the Online Store by an Internet Service Provider. The IP number allows access to the Internet. In most cases, it is assigned to a computer dynamically, i.e., it changes each time it connects to the Internet, and for this reason it is commonly treated as non-personal identifying information. IP address is used by Personacars.pl to diagnose technical problems with the server, to create statistical analysis (e.g. to determine from which regions we record the most visits), as information useful for administration and improvement of the Website, as well as for security purposes and possible identification of unwanted automatic browsing programs overloading the server.

8. Personacars.pl contains links and references to other websites. Personacars.pl is not responsible for the privacy policies on them.

§ 4 Data access and security

1. Personal data collected by Personacars.pl through the Site are processed in accordance with the Act of August 29, 1997 on the Protection of Personal Data (Journal of Laws 2015.2135 j.t.).

2. Only authorized employees Personacars.pl have access to the personal data of customers collected through the Online Store.

3. The Customers' personal data may be transferred to other entities on the basis of the law or consent expressed by the Customer. The list of entities referred to in the preceding sentence is indicated in the paragraph: "How do we use the collected data?".

4. The customer has the option to delete personal data from the dataset. Personacars.pl may refuse to delete the Customer's data if the Customer has violated the applicable rules and regulations or the law, and the retention of data is necessary to clarify these circumstances and determine liability, in particular, the investigation by Personacars.pl of claims from the Customer in question.

6. If you subscribe to the newsletter, you have the option to remove your email address from the mailing list.

7. Personacars.pl never sends any correspondence, including electronic correspondence, asking for login credentials, especially the password to access the Customer's account.

§ 5 Changes to the Privacy Policy

1. The Privacy Policy is subject to change, of which bgtech.pl/sklep will inform customers 7 days in advance.
